Install HTchat on Shopify
First copy your snippet from Widget in the HTchat dashboard.
- 01In Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes.
- 02Click … → Edit code and open layout/theme.liquid.
- 03Paste the snippet just before </body> and click Save.
Verify: open your site in a private window, send a message, and check that it appears in your Inbox.
