Install HTchat on Custom HTML

First copy your snippet from Widget in the HTchat dashboard.

  1. 01Open your site's main HTML template.
  2. 02Paste the HTchat snippet just before the closing </body> tag.
  3. 03Save and publish, then open your site — the chat button appears bottom-right.

Verify: open your site in a private window, send a message, and check that it appears in your Inbox.
