A chat widget that looks like part of your site
Visitors trust a chat window that matches the site they're on. HTchat lets you set the colour, logo, name and greeting, and shows a live preview before you save.
What you can customise
Changes apply to the live widget as soon as you save.
- Primary colour and left or right position
- Your logo and a separate image for the AI agent
- Widget name and welcome message
- Online and offline wording, or force online/offline yourself
- Whether to ask for name and email
Designed for phones first
On desktop the widget is a small floating button that opens a chat panel. On phones it opens as a full-screen sheet, so the keyboard doesn't squash the conversation.
Honest availability
The widget shows Online when someone on your team has been active in the dashboard in the last few minutes, and Offline otherwise. Visitors can still leave a message when you're away.

- Can I remove the "Powered by HTchat" badge?
- White-labelling is tied to the plan; the setting is enforced on our side, not just hidden in the dashboard.
- Which image formats can I upload?
- PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP up to 2 MB, uploaded from your device.
