Email, browser and sound alerts
Choose which alerts you receive.
Follow these steps

Open Settings → Notifications to choose alerts for new conversations, new messages, handoffs, assignments and mentions.

Click Allow to let your browser show pop-ups. Clicking a pop-up opens the exact conversation.

Email alerts are sent once HTchat's sending domain is set up.
Good to know
Browser and sound
Allow notifications in your browser when prompted, then choose the events you want. Browser alerts and sound depend on that browser and its permission settings.
Email availability
Email preferences can be saved, but outgoing merchant alerts are not being delivered until HTchat's sending domain is configured. Use the inbox and browser alerts meanwhile.
