Customize the widget
Name, colours, logo, welcome message, position and online/offline text.
Follow these steps

Open Settings → Widget. Every change shows in the live preview.

Upload a logo and bot image from your computer (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB).

Click Save widget. Your live widget uses the new settings on the next page load.
Good to know
Choose the visitor-facing details
Set the name, welcome message, accent colour, position, and online or offline text. The preview shows your current choices; save to apply them to the public widget.
Verify the live result
Reload your website in a private window after saving. Uploaded logos and bot images should appear there. Removing Powered by HTchat requires a plan that includes white-labeling.
