Customer support chat without the help-desk overhead

HTchat gives a small support team the parts of a help desk that matter in chat — a shared queue, ownership and context — without forms, SLAs and configuration screens you'll never touch.

One queue, clear ownership

Every chat lands in the shared inbox. Assign it to a teammate and everyone can see who's handling it, which stops two people replying to the same customer.

Context before you type

The side panel shows the page the customer is on, how they arrived, their device, the email they gave and their past conversations. You can answer "is my order on the way?" without asking who they are.

Talk to your team inside the conversation

Private notes stay out of the customer's view. Type @ and a teammate's name to mention them; they get notified and can jump straight into that conversation.

Common questions

Do customers need an account?
No. They chat from your site; adding a name and email is optional unless you turn on email capture.
Can I see a customer's earlier chats?
Yes. Past conversations from the same visitor or email appear next to the current one.
