The widget doesn't appear
Common reasons and how to fix them.
Follow these steps

Check that the embed code is on the page and the widget key matches Settings → Installation.

Clear your site's cache or CDN cache after adding the code.

On WordPress, make sure the widget is enabled and the page isn't excluded, then click Verify Installation.

Check the published page
Make sure you installed the correct business's snippet or activated and connected the WordPress plugin. Open a public page in a private window and inspect whether the widget loads.
Clear cache and check blockers
Clear site and CDN cache. Check script blockers, consent tools and browser errors. If WordPress is involved, use Verify Installation after confirming the widget is enabled.
