Install the widget with the code snippet
Paste one line of code before the closing body tag.
Follow these steps
- 01
Open Settings → Installation and copy the embed code. It contains your unique widget key (starting with htc_live_).

Paste it into your website's HTML just before </body>, on every page where chat should appear.
- 03
Reload your site — the chat bubble appears bottom-right (or bottom-left if you chose that position).

Where to find your key
Copy the complete snippet from Settings → Installation. Each business has its own widget key. Do not use the example key shown in public guides.
Check your site
Publish your site after pasting the script. Open a public page in a private window, send a test message and confirm it reaches Inbox. If you use a cache, clear it first.
