Using the shared inbox
Open, closed and all conversations, unread counts and replies.
Follow these steps

Inbox lists conversations with the newest first. Filter by Open, Closed or All.

Messages arrive in real time; no refresh needed.

The right panel shows the visitor's page, browser, device, location, email and previous conversations.

Find what needs attention
Open shows active conversations, Closed shows completed work, and All includes both. Unread counts help distinguish a fresh visitor reply from an already reviewed thread.
Reply with context
Open the thread and check earlier messages and available visitor information before answering. The page and approximate location provide context, not proof of someone's identity.
