Install on WordPress with the HTchat plugin
Download the plugin, connect your site and verify it.
Follow these steps

Open Settings → Installation and click Download HTchat WordPress Plugin.

In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose htchat-wordpress.zip and activate it.

Open Settings → HTchat in WordPress, click Connect HTchat, choose your business and click Connect Website.

Click Verify Installation. HTchat loads your public homepage and confirms the widget is really there.

Before you start
Make sure your WordPress account can install third-party plugins and that you know your site's public URL. Download the ZIP without extracting it.
Confirm the connection
After connecting, use Verify Installation, then send a message from the public site in a private window. If it fails, check that the plugin is active and the widget is enabled.
